Role Overview
The Middle School Teacher is a state-certified educator responsible for delivering online instruction to middle school students through Arkansas Virtual Academy (ARVA), a Stride K12 partner school. This is a full-time, remote role with occasional travel for school-related events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver synchronous and asynchronous online instruction
- Personalize learning and differentiate instruction
- Monitor student progress using Stride K12 systems
- Maintain grade books and prepare students for standardized tests
- Communicate regularly with families and learning coaches
- Travel periodically for testing and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Arkansas state teaching license (Middle School)
- Ability to pass background check

Additional Information
This is a virtual position strongly preferring Arkansas residents. Salary range is anticipated between $45,000 and $50,000 annually.
