Role Overview
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will be part of a founding team for a new initiative, collaborating cross-functionally to discover, prototype, and build MVPs and future iterations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support discovery in new product areas with Product and Success teams
- Rapidly build prototypes and MVPs, owning engineering workflow
- Drive technical decisions and architecture design
- Iterate quickly using customer feedback
- Communicate progress and engage stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- Experience with React, Python, AWS, MongoDB (or similar)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort in fast-paced startup environments and leveraging AI
