Remote Learning & Development Specialist role focused on designing and delivering training and enablement programs for SaaS and AI-powered sales and GTM teams.
Role Overview
Exiger is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to build, scale, and continuously improve learning programs that enable customer-facing teams and internal stakeholders. The role supports adoption of Exiger’s AI-powered SaaS solutions across go-to-market functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver new hire onboarding, GTM certifications, and training programs.
- Enable and optimize use of core sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and 6Sense.
- Develop training bots that simulate realistic customer conversations and product scenarios.
- Partner with Product, Global Shared Services, and GTM teams.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in SaaS sales enablement, presales, or related GTM roles.
- Experience designing and delivering training for technical SaaS platforms.
- Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
- Data-informed mindset with curiosity about emerging AI capabilities.
