Role Overview

Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager to shape and grow its US K-12 education initiatives, building deep partnerships to deploy AI tools that support underserved schools and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Anthropic's US K-12 education strategy
  • Manage and grow partnerships with districts, edtech companies, unions, and foundations
  • Lead custom AI deployments for flagship education partners
  • Navigate procurement, privacy, and policy in US public education
  • Set a research agenda to measure AI impact on K-12 learning
  • Represent Anthropic at K-12 convenings and conferences

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in K-12 education or edtech
  • 3+ years managing external partnerships or multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Deep relationships in the US K-12 ecosystem
  • Technical fluency with AI and LLM concepts
  • Willingness to travel extensively
