Pursuit is hiring a Head of Job Outcomes to build and lead a new employment function that drives high-quality job placements for Pursuit Builders into AI-native roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process of getting Pursuit Builders hired
- Build and manage employer partnerships that translate into hiring outcomes
- Design and pilot new programs and partnerships
- Create AI-driven systems, workflows, and dashboards
- Hire, manage, and develop the employment team
Requirements
- 8–12 years in fast-paced startup or evolving environments
- Proven experience taking initiatives from 0→1
- Strong program management and systems-building skills
- Mission-driven with commitment to equity and opportunity
