Role Overview

The Managing Director of Systems, Reporting & Analytics provides enterprise leadership over financial systems, reporting architecture, data quality governance, reconciliation efficiency, and analytics enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish analytics maturity roadmap and reporting automation strategy
  • Serve as business owner for financial ERP systems and integrations
  • Oversee data quality controls, validation, and reconciliation automation
  • Lead advanced analytics, dashboards, and exception-based reporting
  • Evaluate and deploy AI-assisted insight and anomaly detection tools
  • Maintain continuous audit readiness and compliance monitoring

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years relevant experience
  • 5+ years management experience in systems, reporting, or analytics
  • ERP governance experience (Workday preferred)
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, semantic modeling, and automation

Full-time remote position based in Texas with up to 10% travel.
