Role Overview
The Managing Director of Systems, Reporting & Analytics provides enterprise leadership over financial systems, reporting architecture, data quality governance, reconciliation efficiency, and analytics enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish analytics maturity roadmap and reporting automation strategy
- Serve as business owner for financial ERP systems and integrations
- Oversee data quality controls, validation, and reconciliation automation
- Lead advanced analytics, dashboards, and exception-based reporting
- Evaluate and deploy AI-assisted insight and anomaly detection tools
- Maintain continuous audit readiness and compliance monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years relevant experience
- 5+ years management experience in systems, reporting, or analytics
- ERP governance experience (Workday preferred)
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, semantic modeling, and automation

Full-time remote position based in Texas with up to 10% travel.
