Role Overview
ICF is seeking a technically focused Learning Management System (LMS) Subject Matter Expert to support deployment, configuration, and implementation of enterprise LMS platforms within federally regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement LMS platforms such as Totara, Cornerstone, and Moodle.
- Provide technical guidance on system architecture, integrations, and optimization.
- Design dashboards, learning plans, certifications, roles, and permissions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on workflows, notifications, and learning pathways.
- Develop test plans, validate configurations, and resolve issues.
- Serve as an LMS best practices and governance subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- 8 years total work experience.
- 1+ year implementing enterprise LMS platforms.
- Experience in federally regulated public health environments.
Additional Information
Proximity to the DC-Maryland-Virginia area with onsite availability preferred. Nationwide Remote Office (US99).
