Role Overview
Bellwether is a national nonprofit focused on transforming education so students furthest from opportunity can thrive. The Senior Associate Partner is a leadership role on the program team, leading client projects, contributing to business development, and advancing Bellwether’s strategy in nontraditional and out-of-school learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects focused on nontraditional and out-of-school learning policy, analysis, and facilitation
- Advise clients and inform the field through reports, blog posts, and commentary
- Support and grow business development and client relationships
- Represent Bellwether externally through conferences, panels, and media engagement
- Supervise, coach, and mentor program team members
- Advance organizational priorities and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in nontraditional and out-of-school learning and related education policy
- Experience managing client engagements and leading collaborative problem-solving
- Proven ability to author field-facing publications and analyses
- Experience with business development and revenue generation
- Commitment to equity and transforming education outcomes
Additional Information
This is a full-time, remote-first role based anywhere in the United States, with approximately 20–30% travel.
