Role Overview

Bellwether is a national nonprofit focused on transforming education so students furthest from opportunity can thrive. The Senior Associate Partner is a leadership role on the program team, leading client projects, contributing to business development, and advancing Bellwether’s strategy in nontraditional and out-of-school learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects focused on nontraditional and out-of-school learning policy, analysis, and facilitation
  • Advise clients and inform the field through reports, blog posts, and commentary
  • Support and grow business development and client relationships
  • Represent Bellwether externally through conferences, panels, and media engagement
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor program team members
  • Advance organizational priorities and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in nontraditional and out-of-school learning and related education policy
  • Experience managing client engagements and leading collaborative problem-solving
  • Proven ability to author field-facing publications and analyses
  • Experience with business development and revenue generation
  • Commitment to equity and transforming education outcomes

Additional Information

This is a full-time, remote-first role based anywhere in the United States, with approximately 20–30% travel.
