Role Overview
Handshake is seeking a Chief of Staff for Handshake AI to serve as a senior operational and strategic partner to the Chief Business Officer. This role focuses on scaling the Handshake AI business by translating strategy into execution across product, go-to-market, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operating cadence including staff meetings, planning cycles, and operating reviews.
- Translate ambiguous questions into structured, cross-functional projects with clear outcomes.
- Synthesize data across product, GTM, and finance to improve growth and efficiency.
- Create executive-ready narratives to align leaders, customers, and partners.
- Champion AI-powered workflows to increase speed and quality across the business.
Requirements
- 5+ years in consulting, strategy & operations, product management, or similar analytical roles.
- Proven track record driving cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort operating with high ambiguity and evolving priorities.
