Role Overview
As Director, Content Strategy & Operations at Milady (Cengage Group), you will lead content strategy, portfolio management, and operations to deliver scalable, impactful digital learning experiences for trades education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content and operations teams across portfolio, learning, and production.
- Set strategic vision for content aligned with market needs and company goals.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders to drive digital engagement.
- Oversee multi-channel content operations from planning to optimization.
- Apply customer-centric methodologies to identify and validate opportunities.
- Ensure content quality, accuracy, and relevance.
Requirements
- 10+ years leading content strategy and operations teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled content production.
- Strong digital analytics and KPI expertise.
- Experience with LMS platforms and content management systems.
- B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
Additional Information
