Role Overview
Coursera is seeking a Director, Global Compensation to lead the design, execution, and governance of global compensation programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This fully remote role reports to the VP, Global Total Rewards & Operations and plays a key leadership role within People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global compensation strategy, programs, and governance.
- Oversee salary structures, variable pay, equity guidelines, and job architecture.
- Manage global compensation cycles, benchmarking, and analytics.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and senior leaders.
- Ensure global compliance and internal pay equity.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of global HR, Total Rewards, or Compensation experience.
- 5+ years of compensation leadership experience.
- Public company experience required.
- Expertise with Workday Advanced Compensation.
