Role Overview
Guild is hiring a Senior Corporate Development Analyst/Manager to evaluate, prioritize, and execute partnerships and M&A opportunities while driving corporate strategy and portfolio planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Build market maps and a pipeline of partnership and acquisition targets.
- Develop deal theses, valuation models, and business cases.
- Coordinate light diligence and support partnership commercialization.
- Prepare executive and board-level decision materials.
- Support long-range planning, portfolio prioritization, and OKR cadences.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience including investment banking, consulting, or corporate development.
- Advanced financial modeling and strategic analysis skills.
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence.
