Role Overview

The Learning and Development Program Lead designs, implements, and manages training programs to build employee and leadership skills and align workforce growth with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments and create a strategic L&D roadmap.
  • Design and deliver professional development and HR Academy curricula.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback.
  • Manage program logistics, communications, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and university stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Three years of experience in learning and development.
  • Instructional design and curriculum development expertise.
  • Experience with eLearning tools and LMS platforms.

Additional Information

Full-time, remote opportunity with occasional travel within Massachusetts.
