Role Overview
The Learning and Development Program Lead designs, implements, and manages training programs to build employee and leadership skills and align workforce growth with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments and create a strategic L&D roadmap.
- Design and deliver professional development and HR Academy curricula.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback.
- Manage program logistics, communications, and marketing.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and university stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Three years of experience in learning and development.
- Instructional design and curriculum development expertise.
- Experience with eLearning tools and LMS platforms.
Additional Information
Full-time, remote opportunity with occasional travel within Massachusetts.
