Role Overview

Panopto is building a talent pool for future Senior Strategic Account Manager, Corporate opportunities. This role focuses on expanding strategic relationships with enterprise customers using LMS and VCMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer value and revenue growth
  • Build long-term relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and negotiate complex contracts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Serve as escalation point for complex customer challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of strategic account management or enterprise sales experience
  • Experience with LMS and/or VCMS platforms
  • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
