Role Overview
Panopto is building a talent pool for future Senior Strategic Account Manager, Corporate opportunities. This role focuses on expanding strategic relationships with enterprise customers using LMS and VCMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer value and revenue growth
- Build long-term relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and negotiate complex contracts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Serve as escalation point for complex customer challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of strategic account management or enterprise sales experience
- Experience with LMS and/or VCMS platforms
- Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
