Role Overview
CodePath is hiring a Program Solutions Architect to serve as the technical authority in partner-facing conversations. The role operates at the intersection of engineering, sales, and program delivery to translate partner needs into feasible, scalable educational solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution scoping for employer and higher-ed partnerships
- Act as primary technical liaison between Sales and Curriculum, Product, and Delivery teams
- Shape program proposals with clear assumptions, constraints, and delivery implications
- Support executive workshops, partner discovery, and flagship launches
- Develop technical sales enablement assets and reusable solution documentation
- Assess feasibility of new partnership opportunities and influence product roadmap
Qualifications
- Strong technical foundation in computer science or software engineering
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles with senior engineers
- Ability to scope solutions without owning implementation
- Experience translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
Additional Information
This is a full-time, fully remote role within the United States, with up to 30% travel. Salary range is $110,000 to $150,000 per year.
