Role Overview
The Senior Director, Evidence-Based Learning and Leadership translates College Board research, assessment, and instructional evidence into high-quality learning experiences and tools for school system leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver leadership convenings and learning experiences grounded in evidence-based decision making.
- Integrate emerging issues such as generative AI into instructional leadership learning.
- Develop practical tools and frameworks for district and school leaders.
- Manage execution, logistics, and continuous improvement of programs and convenings.
- Oversee relationships with external academic partners and vendors.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment and content accuracy.
Requirements
- Former district instructional leader or equivalent experience.
- Deep experience with high school teaching and learning.
- Strong facilitation, adult learning, and instructional design skills.
- Comfort translating research and assessment data for practitioners.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
