Role Overview
The Director of Workplace Operations owns the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of all Campus office locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the lifecycle of office locations, including openings and expansions
- Manage landlord, broker, vendor, and contractor relationships
- Oversee budgets, negotiations, and cost discipline
- Build and manage multi-site office operations teams
- Develop scalable facilities, IT, and workplace systems
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on workplace initiatives
- Travel regularly to maintain standards across locations
Requirements
- 8+ years managing multi-site workplace or facilities operations
- Experience supporting 300+ employees across U.S. offices
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel
