Key Responsibilities
- Partner with AI labs and stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into engineering plans.
- Design, architect, and deliver tailored, production-grade solutions.
- Make key architectural decisions around reliability, scalability, and security.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and best practices.
- Prototype and iterate rapidly based on real-time feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to lead projects end-to-end in ambiguous environments.
