Role Overview
Lead the development of AI-first learning experiences that help students excel in their educational journeys. Own long-term product strategy and execution for student-focused learning tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own long-term product strategy and roadmap for student learning tools.
- Integrate learning science, adaptive learning, and AI-driven workflows.
- Drive product-market fit through customer insights, research, and competitive analysis.
- Partner with researchers, educators, engineering, and data science teams.
- Lead end-to-end product execution from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Ensure quality, security, accessibility, and responsible AI.
- Use data and AI-driven insights to improve engagement and student outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years engineering experience, or equivalent.
- Advanced degree with additional years of technical engineering experience accepted.
- 8+ years of product management experience in consumer education technology.
- Deep understanding of learning science and adaptive learning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
