Role Overview
This role focuses on developing AI-first learning experiences that help students excel in their educational journeys. You will define and drive the long-term product strategy for student-focused learning tools, integrating learning science, adaptive learning, and AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own product strategy and vision for student learning tools.
- Drive product-market fit using customer insights, research, and competitive analysis.
- Partner with researchers, educators, and data science teams to validate hypotheses.
- Lead end-to-end product execution from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams.
- Use data and AI-driven insights to improve engagement and student outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years engineering experience, or equivalent.
- Advanced degree with additional engineering experience accepted.
- 8+ years of product management experience in consumer education technology.
- Deep understanding of learning science and adaptive learning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
