Role Overview
Handshake is recruiting Reservation and Transportation Ticket Agents and Travel Clerks to work as AI Trainers on a flexible, contract basis. In this remote role, you will use your professional travel and ticketing experience to evaluate and improve AI models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop prompts for AI models based on real-world travel and ticketing tasks
- Evaluate AI-generated responses and provide structured feedback
- Assess content related to reservations, passenger documentation, and customer support
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in travel-related roles
- Experience with reservations, ticketing, and passenger documentation
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment
