Handshake is seeking Writers and Author Professionals for a remote, contract role as AI Trainers. You will evaluate AI model outputs using your professional writing and content expertise, providing structured feedback to improve AI understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop prompts for AI models based on your field expertise
- Evaluate AI-generated content and assess quality and relevance
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve model performance
- Work asynchronously with leading AI labs
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years professional experience in writing, content creation, research, or advertising
- Experience developing advertising campaigns and engaging content
- Strong collaboration and feedback skills
Additional Information
This is a fully remote, flexible, hourly contract position with no minimum time commitment. Most contributors work 5–20 hours per week.
