Role Overview
This role combines design expertise, content awareness, and AI skills to create prompts and behaviors that improve administrative efficiency and support faculty and staff adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs)
- Create AI-driven interactions such as chatbots and voice assistants
- Test, iterate, and optimize LLM performance
- Build prototypes and conduct usability testing
- Implement scalable AI solutions using Python, APIs, and Git
- Ensure AI solutions meet accessibility, privacy, and ethical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, IT, or UX/UI Design
- Three years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of LLM architectures, NLP, and multimodal AI
- Proficiency in Python, APIs, and version control
