Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Product Manager with deep expertise in data and analytics to lead internal and customer-facing products across our Health Education portfolio. This role leverages AI to enhance insights and enable new capabilities, turning complex learning data into actionable insights that improve educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute customer-facing analytics strategy for health education products.
  • Advance an integrated learning analytics vision across products.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle execution from discovery to iteration.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics for personalization, prediction, and optimization.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
  • Develop internal product analytics to inform roadmap and product health.

Requirements

  • 3+ years working in analytics, data products, or insight-driven platforms.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning concepts in product development.
  • Strong ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Proven success translating customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
