Role Overview
Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging digital training content supporting advanced defense technology products for internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and publish interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline
- Create graphics, animations, and media assets with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Collaborate with Curriculum Developers, SMEs, and Training Managers
- Storyboard, script, test, and troubleshoot LMS-compatible content
- Maintain documentation, templates, and visual standards
- Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics for improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years eLearning development experience
- Expertise with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms
Additional Information
US salary range: $98,000–$148,000 USD per year, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
