Role Overview
Speak is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist to join the Quality Assurance team on a 6-month contract with potential to convert to full-time. The role focuses on ensuring reliable, user-friendly mobile applications through rigorous testing and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, analytics, and design testing.
- Document and track defects using test management systems.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teammates.
- Maintain quality metrics and improve QA workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in mobile QA across iOS and Android.
- Strong manual testing and debugging skills.
- Experience testing asynchronous mobile systems and analytics instrumentation.
- Ability to work from the San Francisco HQ 3 days per week.
