Role Overview

The Associate Instructional Designer is a faculty learning design professional who develops high-quality, engaging educational experiences aligned with program outcomes and instructional best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging, objective-driven learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with faculty and internal teams to ensure instructional alignment.
  • Evaluate and revise curricular materials and assessments.
  • Apply evidence-based instructional design, UX/UI, and accessibility practices.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of professional instructional design experience.
  • Experience utilizing generative AI and emerging technologies.
  • Strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills.

Additional Information

Occasional travel up to 20% may be required. Salary range is based on experience and qualifications.
