Role Overview
The Lead Insights Consultant generates, synthesizes, and translates deep insights on labor markets, workforce transformation, and student and worker experiences to inform institutional strategy and ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Synthesize diverse data sources to develop insights on workforce dynamics and career pathways.
- Develop forward-looking perspectives on the future of work and AI impacts.
- Conduct qualitative and ethnographic research on talent and career decision-making.
- Translate complex research into clear frameworks, visuals, and narratives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align and apply insights institution-wide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in insight generation, strategic analysis, or applied research.
- Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and influencing without formal authority.
Additional Information
Full-time regular position. Occasional travel up to 20% is required.
