Role Overview
This role functions as a developer for business applications and platforms supporting the University’s fundraising systems, with a focus on Blackbaud CRM and Anthology Encompass. The position delivers CRM enhancements, integrations, and technical support in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement code for applications, interfaces, and integrations.
- Design and maintain data integrations using ETL processes, APIs, and middleware.
- Create custom reporting solutions using SQL, SSRS, and BI tools.
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and development best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of programming and application development experience.
- Proficiency with SQL Server, C#, .NET, web technologies, and BI tools.
- Experience with version control systems and data integration patterns.
