Role Overview
Lead the technical delivery of complex, cloud-native and AI-enabled engagements, contributing hands-on while leading engineering teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide delivery leadership by setting technical priorities, estimating effort, and driving successful releases.
- Ensure engineering excellence, security, performance, and compliance across engagements.
- Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies across projects.
- Drive innovation and digital transformation using reusable assets and best practices.
- Lead rapid prototyping, pilots, and early-stage production deployments with customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering and solution delivery experience.
- 5+ years in customer-facing delivery leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in security-by-design, Zero Trust, IAM, and DevSecOps.
- Full-stack development experience with .NET, C#, Node.js, Angular or React.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
