Manage and grow recruitment partner relationships to drive international student enrollment for ApplyBoard’s global education platform.
Role Overview
This role is a frontline partner manager responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing a portfolio of recruitment partners to increase international student enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for ApplyBoard to agents, institutions, and students.
- Develop strategies to increase international student enrollment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners.
- Guide and train agents to improve application quality and volume.
- Use CRM and social media tools to drive engagement.
- Implement data-driven recruitment and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 2-3 years managing recruitment or enterprise accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
