Leads a partner success team managing institutional relationships, optimizing admissions workflows, and exceeding enrollment targets in a global education platform.

Role Overview

The Manager, Partner Success acts as the strategic liaison between ApplyBoard's partner institutions and internal teams to drive enrollment success and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive team performance to exceed enrollment and conversion KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with partner schools across the full application lifecycle.
  • Lead onboarding, ensure data accuracy, and act as escalation point for service quality.
  • Optimize processes through collaboration with Knowledge Management and Product teams.
  • Resolve complex cases and align expectations with Sales and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (minimum Associate's).
  • 3-4 years in Account Management or Customer Experience.
  • 1+ year people management experience.
  • Familiarity with Jira, dashboards, and data analysis.
