Role Overview
The Manager, Partner Success acts as the strategic liaison between ApplyBoard's partner institutions and internal teams to drive enrollment success and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive team performance to exceed enrollment and conversion KPIs.
- Manage relationships with partner schools across the full application lifecycle.
- Lead onboarding, ensure data accuracy, and act as escalation point for service quality.
- Optimize processes through collaboration with Knowledge Management and Product teams.
- Resolve complex cases and align expectations with Sales and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (minimum Associate's).
- 3-4 years in Account Management or Customer Experience.
- 1+ year people management experience.
- Familiarity with Jira, dashboards, and data analysis.
