Role Overview

Exiger is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to build, scale, and continuously improve training programs that equip customer-facing teams and internal stakeholders to succeed in a fast-growing SaaS and AI environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver new hire onboarding, GTM certifications, and training programs.
  • Develop and optimize training for core sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Consensus, and 6Sense.
  • Create and refine training bots simulating customer conversations and product scenarios.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS sales enablement or related GTM roles.
  • Experience designing training for technical SaaS or software platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and iterate programs.
