Key Responsibilities
- Write and proof email marketing messages aligned with sales strategy
- Develop promotional, training, and sales enablement materials
- Coordinate logistics and communication for instructors piloting digital products
- Partner with sales teams to resolve customer issues
- Track and support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience with email marketing automation tools preferred
