Role Overview

ApplyBoard is seeking a Service Account Manager to manage and support a portfolio of Platinum Recruitment Partners, acting as a single point of contact and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 20–30 Recruitment Partner accounts and provide end-to-end support
  • Act as primary contact for escalated service issues
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and governance meetings
  • Provide proactive application and account-level support
  • Educate partners on ApplyBoard products and services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and customer outcomes

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years experience with ApplyBoard preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work from office and flexible hours as required
