Role Overview
ApplyBoard is seeking a Service Account Manager to manage and support a portfolio of Platinum Recruitment Partners, acting as a single point of contact and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 20–30 Recruitment Partner accounts and provide end-to-end support
- Act as primary contact for escalated service issues
- Conduct regular performance reviews and governance meetings
- Provide proactive application and account-level support
- Educate partners on ApplyBoard products and services
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and customer outcomes
Requirements
- 1–3 years of customer service experience
- 2+ years experience with ApplyBoard preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work from office and flexible hours as required
