Role Overview
Blackbaud is seeking a driven sales professional to grow its Corporate Impact business through strategic partnerships with CSR teams across the Central North Territory. This remote, high-impact role supports companies in scaling social good through innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain key account relationships
- Serve as primary contact for prospective clients
- Deliver ROI-focused product and service proposals
- Maintain active deal pipelines and forecasts
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Requirements
- 3-6 years of successful sales experience, preferably SaaS
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas
- Excellent time management in fast-paced environments
- CSR experience preferred but not required
