Role Overview
Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee and continuously improve health, welfare, leave of absence, and wellbeing programs. This role reports to the VP, Total Rewards & People Operations and partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, compliant, and employee-centered benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as end-to-end owner of leave of absence and accommodation programs.
- Manage vendor relationships, performance, compliance, and employee experience.
- Improve processes through automation and vendor capability optimization.
- Develop benefits content, education, and engagement strategies.
- Build and advance a cohesive wellbeing roadmap.
- Analyze utilization data and trends to inform program improvements.
- Ensure compliance across health and welfare programs.
- Support Open Enrollment execution and communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing employee benefits programs.
- Experience with multi-vendor environments and leave administration.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- Experience with Workday benefits administration preferred.
