Role Overview
Superhuman is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex enterprise deployments of its Agentic AI productivity platform. The role owns end-to-end delivery, from pre-sale scoping through go-live and transition to Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full engagement lifecycle from scoping and planning through implementation and go-live
- Lead pre-sale discovery, estimation, and delivery planning with Sales and Sales Engineering
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and governance for enterprise deployments
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams including Onboarding Managers and Solution Architects
- Act as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and executives
- Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years experience in SaaS or enterprise software delivery or project management
- Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing global, distributed teams and multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
