Role Overview
Clever is seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist to guide K-12 school administrators through the successful implementation of paid identity and security products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for Identity Management and Classroom MFA offerings
- Partner with school administrators to configure and launch tools
- Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues
- Manage multiple onboarding cases in a queue-based environment
Requirements
- 1+ years in technical and customer-facing roles
- Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months
Additional Information
Contract runs from April 7, 2026 to October 16, 2026. Hourly compensation varies by location.
