Role Overview
Nerdy is seeking experienced Educational Sales Representatives to guide families toward personalized learning solutions using a consultative sales approach. This is a fully remote, full-time role with paid virtual training and a permanent split-shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct meaningful needs assessment conversations with families
- Apply educational experience to recommend personalized learning solutions
- Build trust through consultative conversations
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in educational products and services
Training & Schedule
- Paid virtual training over 6 weeks
- Post-training permanent split shift: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM + 4:00 PM–8:00 PM CT
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years teaching, training, or educational sales experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong technical aptitude and reliable remote setup
Compensation & Benefits
- $41,600 base salary plus $12,000 annual variable compensation target
