Role Overview
The Generative AI Lead will embed Generative AI practices across Global Banking School, supporting academic and professional services teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as institutional expert on GenAI policy and implementation.
- Own and govern the full lifecycle of GenAI models.
- Establish benchmarks, evaluation harnesses, safety gates, and risk thresholds.
- Integrate GenAI into academic and non-academic workflows.
- Lead training and upskilling initiatives across the institution.
- Advise on compliance with HR, academic misconduct, and data protection regulations.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
- Significant experience in Higher Education and GenAI implementation.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of machine learning models.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements including GDPR.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
