Role Overview
As aiEDU’s Lead, Development, you will lead fundraising engagement and stewardship to ensure sustainable revenue growth across donors, grants, partnerships, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead donor stewardship, relationship management, and CRM accuracy.
- Manage fundraising operations, reporting, compliance, and financial reconciliation.
- Support major donor and institutional fundraising strategies and campaigns.
- Design and manage virtual and in-person fundraising events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fundraising or development experience.
- Experience with donor databases such as Airtable or Salesforce.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and project management skills.
