Role Overview
The Lead, Development at aiEDU is responsible for leading fundraising engagement and stewardship strategies to ensure sustainable revenue growth across donors, grants, partnerships, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead donor stewardship and relationship management, including CRM maintenance and communications.
- Manage fundraising operations, reporting, compliance, and budgeting support.
- Support fundraising strategy, major donor cultivation, campaigns, and events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fundraising or development experience.
- Experience with donor databases such as Airtable or Salesforce.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and project management skills.
