Role Overview
The Director of 1:1 Admissions Consulting leads the growth and delivery of Kaplan's premium advising practice, driving revenue and client satisfaction through sales leadership and high-quality advising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and consultation volume
- Lead sales as a player-coach and personally conduct consultations
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage admissions consultants
- Monitor and improve client satisfaction and engagement quality
- Partner with marketing to align campaigns and lead generation
- Represent Kaplan through webinars, events, and speaking engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years leadership experience in education or advising
- Strong consultative sales, communication, and analytical skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Knowledge of college admissions processes
