Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex, cross-functional enterprise solutions, aligning technical architecture, commercial strategy, and client business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution orchestration and integration across technical, commercial, and delivery teams.
- Shape deal strategies and solution architectures for executive stakeholders.
- Partner with commercial teams on financial models and deal viability.
- Stay engaged throughout the full sales lifecycle from opportunity to contract execution.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive innovation.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and build organizational solutioning capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise consulting, or delivery management.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI, cloud technologies, and portfolio modernization.
- Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, Azure, AWS, GCP, or SAP preferred.
