Role Overview
aytm is seeking a Senior Learning Specialist to design and scale high-impact learning experiences that enable customers to adopt and maximize value from aytm’s platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-quality learning content across multiple formats
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate content development and multimedia production
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams on product and feature launches
- Facilitate virtual instructor-led training for customers and internal teams
- Maintain accuracy and relevance of the learning content ecosystem
Requirements
- Experience with instructional design and content authoring tools
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
