Role Overview

Risepoint is an education technology company supporting universities in developing high-ROI online degree programs. The Senior Digital Optimization Manager leads conversion rate optimization, experimentation, and personalization across a multi-site university partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day CRO and experimentation across partner microsites and landing pages.
  • Own the testing backlog, develop hypotheses, and prioritize experiments.
  • Build and manage no-code A/B and personalization tests.
  • Partner with SEO, UX, Content, Creative, Analytics, and Paid teams.
  • Use analytics and behavioral signals to identify UX friction and growth opportunities.
  • Scale optimization playbooks, templates, and best practices.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate testing from ideation to measurement.

Experience & Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in CRO, UX, experimentation, or growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, personalization, and journey experiments.
  • Expert experience with GA4, Optimizely, and FullStory.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
