Role Overview
Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to support and evolve compensation programs across a complex, multi-business organization. This highly visible individual contributor role reports to the VP, Total Rewards & People Operations and partners with senior leaders to guide compensation decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and communicate sales incentive compensation plans aligned with go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to translate quotas and territories into executable plans.
- Provide compensation guidance on salary recommendations, job leveling, and pay competitiveness.
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses.
- Develop compensation materials, processes, and executive-ready summaries.
Requirements
- Expertise in sales and incentive compensation within Total Rewards or Compensation functions.
- Experience with market pricing, benchmarking, and job leveling.
- High proficiency with Excel.
- Experience using Workday; incentive compensation tools are a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
