Role Overview

The Senior Enterprise Operations Manager is a self-driven leader focused on scaling and improving operational efficiency across ExploreLearning | Learning A-Z. The role partners cross-functionally to enhance processes, infrastructure, and customer support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and document current processes, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate efforts across sales operations, customer success, marketing, engineering, and content teams.
  • Prioritize and track infrastructure and process improvement projects.
  • Partner with the project management office on scope, requirements, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate progress and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in operations and process-focused roles.
  • Experience in a technology-based company.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Preferred degree in business or industrial engineering.
