Role Overview
The High School PE Teacher delivers Physical Education instruction in a virtual K–12 environment for Missouri Digital Academy, a Stride K12 partner school.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide engaging synchronous and asynchronous online instruction
- Monitor student progress using the learning management system
- Communicate regularly with students and families
- Differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
- Prepare students for standardized assessments
- Travel occasionally for testing and school functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Active state teaching license
- Missouri High School PE certification or ability to obtain MO licensure
- Residency in Missouri preferred
- Ability to work full time from a professional home office
