Role Overview
Element451 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its most advanced AI agent products, including Bolt Agents and Bolt Copilot. Reporting directly to the CPO, this role will shape the future of agentic AI for higher education student support.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of AI agent products
- Translate customer needs into clear product direction
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership
- Drive adoption and continuous innovation of agentic AI features
Requirements
- Experience building conversational AI or AI agent products
- Strong understanding of context management, orchestration, guardrails, and evaluation
- Customer-obsessed mindset with excellent communication skills
